What to Expect at Your first visit

Your first visit will last about an hour. Come 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out paperwork. Jill will have forms for you on the table outside the Cafe of Life. Have a seat here and Jill will come to get you when she is ready. 

What to Wear

Dress in comfortable, loose clothing. You will be lying on an adjusting table 
either face down or on your back, or both.
